29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about August 6, 2024, from a height greater than 6 feet above the ground on the west side of the roof, employees without fall protection were installing roofing materials on a two-story residential home. CARLOS CRUZ-ESCAMILLA DBA CARLOS ALFREDO CRUZ-ESCAMILLA WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1534384, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM 2 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JULY 21, 2021, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 17346 CAMILLA TRAILS, CONROE, TX 77304.
