An employee engaged in framing a residential dormer, fell approximately 9ft while transitioning from the roof to the ladder.  The employee was hospitalized on 6/13/24 and the employer did not report the incident to OSHA until 6/20/24.  Note:   Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
