On or about August 7th, 2024 employees engaged in roofing operations located at 8154 South 185th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68136, were exposed to fall hazards in that employees were observed working at heights greater than 6ft without any form of fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: On or about August 7th, 2024 employees engaged in roofing operations located at 8154 South 185th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68136, were exposed to fall hazards in that employees were observed working at heights greater than 6ft without any form of fall protection. The exposed employees did not receive fall protection training from their employer.
