29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) 3255 Penn Street Hatfield, PA - On or about August 7, 2024 procedures to control hazardous energy on the Giben Prisma 3000 were not utilized when bypassing the side gate to enter the feed area. Employees entering the feed area while the machine is energized are exposed to caught between hazards.
