29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22): An employee shall not carry any object or load that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall. On or about August 2, 2024, at a worksite located at 331 West Wilson Street, Valders, Wisconsin, an employee of Wells Concrete Products Co. was utilizing a ladder while cutting caulking with a corded sawzall and lost balance and fell to the ground causing a serious injury.
