29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)Advanced Construction, LLC at 857 Yorktown Boulevard, Box Elder, SD 57719: On or about and at times prior to July 16, 2024, the exposing employer did not ensure that an employees were protected from falls while conducting framing operations on a residential property by an adequate fall protection system.   This condition exposed employees to a fall hazards greater than six feet.

29 CFR  1926.503(b)(1):The employer did not verify compliance with paragraph (a) of this section by preparing a written (training) certification record including the name or other identity of the employee trained, the date(s) of the training, and the signature of the person who conducted the training or the signature of the employer:  (a)Advanced Construction, LLC at 857 Yorktown Boulevard, Box Elder, SD 57719: On or about and at times prior to July 16, 2024, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were certified on fall protection prior to being exposed to fall hazards while conducting framing operations on a residential property.  This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 6 feet.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  (a)Advanced Construction, LLC at 857 Yorktown Boulevard, Box Elder, SD 57719: On or about and at times prior to July 16, 2024, the exposing employer did not ensure that the Werner, Performance Max, Type 1A portable extension ladder was extended at least three feet above the upper landing of the residential property being accessed for framing operations. This condition exposed an employee to a fall hazards.
