29 CFR  1910.157(c)(1):The employer shall provide portable fire extinguishers and shall mount, locate and identify them so that they are readily accessible to employees without subjecting the employees to possible injury.  a) Jobsite located at 2147 South Columbus Ave, Philadelphia PA - Warehouse - On or about August 8, 2024, the employer did not ensure that portable fire extinguishers were readily accessible.  Portable fire extinguishers were blocked by materials such as, but not limited to  loaded pallets and stacked rolled paper.  Employees engaged in warehouse activities did not have adequate access to fire extinguishers.
