29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level. On or about August 7, 2024, while working in the eastern end of the Wisenbaker Houston Showroom, a worker was hanging drywall from a scaffold, higher than 10 feet, without any form of fall protection system in place.
