29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1):Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) At 1827 Peterson Ave Douglas, GA 31533: On or about August 1, 2024, the employer exposed employees to chemical and burn hazards, in that the employer did not provide training for Hazard Communication in the employees native language prior to employees performing work in the cook facility.
