(b) On or about August 8, 2024, and at times prior to, at Farm 6, 20451 SW 216th St., Miami, FL 33170, the employer kept in operation the John Deere Model 145, No 42 tractor without a seatbelt installed, exposing workers to struck-by and crush hazards. (c) On or about August 8, 2024, and at times prior to, at Farm 6, 20451 SW 216th St., Miami, FL 33170, the employer kept in operation the Kubota Model 1700 V5 tractor without a seatbelt installed, exposing workers to struck-by and crush hazards.
