29 CFR 1904.29(b)(3): Each recordable injury or illness was not entered on the OSHA 300 Log within seven (7) calendar days of receiving information that a recordable injury or illness occurred: a) On or about December 20th, 2024, the employer, J&K Roofing LLC, did not record a workplace injury or illness on the OSHA Form 300 or equivalent for the calendar year 2024 within seven (7) calendar days of receiving information that a recordable injury occurred. On October 25, 2024, an employee engaged in residential roof repair operations sustained a recordable injury at the jobsite location: 933 W. Longview Ave., Littleton, Colorado 80120 - which resulted in days away from work and restricted work.
