Panama City FL. 32405: On or about August 8, 2024 and prior to, the employer allowed employees to use a JLG Aerial lift Model # 660SJ Serial # 0300295230 to elevate to a roof of a commercial facility at approximately 14 feet 3 inches high without applying fall protection while inside the basket.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a) 625 W. Baldwin Rd. Panama City FL. 32405; On or about August 8, 2024 and prior to, the employer allowed their employees to perform roofing activities such as but not limited to installing metal roofing without wearing fall protection which exposed the employees to falls of approximately 14 feet 3 inches to the ground below.
