29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point of operation of machines whose operation exposed an employee to injury, was not guarded: a) Jobsite: 2055 Bennett Road, Philadelphia - On or about July 29, 2024, the employer did not ensure the unused portion of the saw blade of the unmarked blue and white colored horizontal band saw was guarded, thereby exposing employees utilizing the machine to cut metal to laceration and amputation hazards.
