29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  At a worksite located at 12614 Laci Circle, Lake Lotawana, MO, employees were exposed to fall hazards.  The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing them to perform roofing work at heights greater than 6 feet without the use of fall protection.   Instances of exposure include but are not limited to:  1.  Two employees working at heights greater than 10 feet while performing roofing work on the southeast section of the structures roof.  2.  Two employees working at heights greater than 10 feet while performing roofing work on the northeast section of the structures roof.
