29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks. At the jobsite located at 417 Enterprise Drive, Seymour, MO 65746 : Employees were exposed to traversing parts which created crushing and pinching hazards while operating an unguarded automatic carton erector. The automatic carton erector did not possess a top to prevent access to the interior moving parts. Furthermore, the machine has a door which allows access to the interior moving parts while the machine is in operation.
