On or about 07-02-2024, at 7445 U.S. Highway 1, Vero Beach, Florida, employees were exposed to an 8-foot fall hazard while performing roofing work without a means of fall protection.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards:   On or about 07-02-2024, at 7445 U.S. Highway 1, Vero Beach, Florida, employees were exposed to an 8-foot fall hazard while performing roofing work without receiving training from the employer to recognize and avoid the hazards associated with falls.
