29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section: a) On or about August 13, 2024, at 2481 SE 23 Ter, Homestead, Florida, an employee was exposed to a 9-foot fall hazard while installing wood face frames in a new two-story residential construction without a means of fall protection. b) On or about August 13, 2024, at 2481 SE 23 Ter, Homestead, Florida, an employee was exposed to a 19-foot fall hazard while installing wood face frames in a new two-story residential construction without a means of fall protection.
