29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a.  On or about August 13, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee using a pneumatic gun was not wearing safety glasses, thereby exposing the employee to the hazards associated with eye injuries.

On or about August 13, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential carpentry operations, approximately sixteen (16) feet four (4) inches above the ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.  b. On or about August 13, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential carpentry operations, approximately sixteen (16) feet eight (8) inches above the ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.

On or about August 13, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, employees conducting carpentry operations were not provided training on how to minimize fall hazards, thereby exposing the employees to the hazards associated with falls.
