29 CFR  1926.303(b)(1):Grinding machines were not equipped with safety guards in conformance with the requirements of ANSI B7.1-1970, Safety Code for the Use, Care, and Protection of abrasive wheels, and paragraph (d) of this section.  A) Room 414 at 106 East River St. Savannah, GA: On or about August 12, 2024, the employer exposed an employee to a struck-by hazard, in that a guard was not in place on a side grinder used to cut marble/stone.
