29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Worksite was located at 31 West Front Street, Keyport, NJ 07735 A worker on break was permitted to eat at the unprotected leading edge of the third floor of a new mixed use building under construction. No fall protection, including guardrails, was utilized at that time. Violation occurred on or about August 13, 2024

No fall protection, including guardrails or safety nets, were utilized at that time. Violation occurred on or about August 13, 2024
