29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: (a)Mundahl Construction LLC at 9308 West 32nd Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57106: On or about and at times prior to August 13, 2024, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from falls while conducting siding installation operations when working from a scaffold platform elevated by the Grandall Telehandler, Model number 534C-42 on west side of the commercial property. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 10 feet.
