29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): Location: 58 Andrew Street Manchester, NH On or about August 14, 2024, employees of a subcontractor were exposed to fall and struck by hazards when the employer as the controlling contractor did not provide inspections of the work site by a competent person. IRoof, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1564134, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 13, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 29 Hall Ave., Nashua, New Hampshire.
