1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special hand tools for placing and removing material(s) was not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone:  (a) ESS Metron, LLC at 1505 West 3rd Avenue, Denver, CO 80223: On or about and at times prior to August 6, 2024, the employer did not ensure that special hand tools for placing and removing product were utilized by employees while making bends on material that brought their hands 4 inches and closer to the point of operation.  Employees operated the Omada HG 2204 Press Brake (Serial Number: 22048061).  This condition exposed employees to caught-in and amputation hazards.
