29 CFR  1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns:  At a jobsite located at 1550 SE Hamblen Rd Lee's Summit, Missouri 64081, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while conducting commercial framing activities. The employer did not ensure employees were protected from head injuries from falling or flying objects while overhead commercial framing work was being conducted.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  At a jobsite located at 1550 SE Hamblen Rd, Lee Summit, Missouri 64152, employees were exposed to fall hazards while conducting commercial framing work without any form of fall protection. The employer did not ensure that employees working at heights greater than 6 feet to the next lower level were protected from fall hazards by utilizing guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.
