Employee, who took a Genie aerial lift to the roof to inspect spacings and penetrations of deck fasteners, did not wear a harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket. Employee was exposed to fall of up to 17 feet. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
