29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. (a) Worksite: On or about 8-16-2024, employees were exposed to fall hazards while handling and installing materials at the second-floor window opening, approximately 10.4 feet above the lower level, without adequate fall protection.
