Atlantic Ave, Delray Beach FL 33483, the employer did not ensure that the safety glasses that had been provided to employees while removing screws from a rooftop fit properly and fit snugly and did not unduly interfere with the movements of the wearer thereby exposing employees to flying projectiles causing eye injury hazards.
