29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1):Circular handfed crosscut table saw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: a)In the workshop on the site located at 1701 North 20th St Unit C, Tampa, FL: On or about 08/19/2024, the employer exposed employees to an amputation hazard, in that, the table saw being used on the site does not have any guarding to prevent employees from being cut while operating the saw.

29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1):In any workplace where respirators are necessary to protect the health of the employee or whenever respirators are required by the employer, the employer shall establish and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures. The program shall be updated as necessary to reflect those changes in workplace conditions that affect respirator use. The employer shall include in the program the following provisions of this section, as applicable: a) In the workshop on the site located at 1701 North 20th St Unit C, Tampa, FL: On or about 08/19/2024, the employer exposed employees to a health hazard, in that, the employer did not provide and enforce a respiratory program while employees worked in the spray booth.
