29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:   a.) Scott's Development Splash Venture  dba Scott's Splash Lagoon, Inc. - On or about  8/20/24, and at time prior thereto, employees  who performed activities, including, but not limited to, cleaning bathrooms had not received Hazard Communication training.  Employees work with and around chemicals including, but not limited to, Chlorine, 66 Heavy Duty Alkaline Bathroom Cleaner and Disinfectant, and Rapid Multi-Surface Disinfectant Cleaner.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
