29 CFR  1926.451(f)(6):Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6).  a) At or near 628 Market St, Paterson NJ - Pump Jack Scaffold - E 23rd St Facade:  employee was exposed to electric hazards while installing vent caps utilizing a pump jack scaffold platform supported by aluminum poles that were approximately 7 feet from a 4KV energized primary line, on or about 8/19/24
