29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail: a) Interior Stairway: workers were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet while accessing the different floor utilizing a wood stairway without any handrail, on or about 08/19/24.
