Condition observed on or about 08/20/24. IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.

29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(viii): Circuit breakers used as switches in 120-volt and 277-volt, fluorescent lighting circuits were not listed and marked "SWD": a- 3rd Floor, Warehouse, 300 Jefferson Street, Camden NJ: Circuit breakers were frequently used as switches, controlling the power to sections of the 3rd floor's lighting. As such these circuit breakers were not being used as per their manufacturer's requirements and were not listed or marked "SWD". Condition observed on or about 08/20/24. IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.
