29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles. a) Residential home/Roof, located at Lot 36C, 123 Applewood way, Homer, GA 30547 - On or about 7/2/2024, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that, the employer failed to ensure that eye protections were provided to employees using pneumatic nail guns at 120 PSI while engaged in framing activities.
