29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks. (a) Worksite: On or about 8/21/2024, employees were exposed to point of operation hazards while utilizing the Standard AB325-12 1291207 press brake and the Verson press brake that were not adequately guarded in the front and rear of these machines.
