29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold shall be protected by a personal fall arrest system: On or about August 19, 2024, Employees were exposed to fall hazards in approximately 18 feet height while performing carpentry construction activities from a metal ladder jack scaffold. No fall protection was being utilized. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
