29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section. On or about August 19, 2024, the employer did not establish machine-specific energy control procedures for the control of hazardous energy to protect employees performing service and maintenance on equipment such as the Sunnan Precision Honing Machine, Fritz Studer Grinding Machine, Studer eco1000 Cylindrical Grinder, Ebbco Fluid Conditioning Filter Vessel, and Carmilles Electro Discharge Machine. Hazardous energies present on the equipment include, but are not limited to, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical.
