Instance a - Racking leg at end of aisle 23 near 23A09 Instance b - Broken racking leg located at 20A19 Instance c - Broken racking leg located at 12A22 Instance d - Broken and bent racking leg located at 11K24 Instance e - Bent and not properly secured racking leg located at 11K38. The bolt appears to have been pulled out of the concrete floor.

Instance f - Various products in boxes collapsed along the backwall of the warehouse Instance g - Pallet of boxes with a product box over hanging located near 13K33 top tier. Instance h - Pallet of boxes shoved into the warehouse racking and slide the top layer of boxes off. The boxes are being held in place by the plastic wrap. Located at 12L38.
