29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a) At 126 Amethyst Dr, Pooler, GA, on or about August 21, 2024, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that eye protection was not provided to employees who were using pneumatic nail guns to frame a newly constructed residential home.
