29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by pinch points: a) 520 Chestnut Hill Road, Fredericksburg, PA 17026 - An employee was operating a Steen Deboning machine (Type ST 840, Serial #: 840/1122E) with inadequate guarding, which did not restrict employee access to rotating parts and pinch points during the operating cycle, on or about August 22, 2024. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

Abatement certification required within 15 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
