On or about 08/22/24, on the 6th floor of 35-30 146th Street. Flushing, NY An employee engaged in construction activities was working from an A-frame ladder near an unprotected edge of a 6th floor. The employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 60 ft. to the ground below.
