29 CFR  1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form: (Construction Reference 1926.103)   a) Temperature-Controlled Potato Storage Building Sites: On August 9, 2024, and prior to; employees welded on galvanized steel stair systems, wall systems, and door systems, to include spot welding on individual posts, poles and door rails in open spaces with natural ventilation, but the employer had not evaluated  the physical and health effects of welding on galvanized steel.   b) Temperature-Controlled Potato Storage Building Sites: On August 9, 2024, and prior to; employees cut and trimmed galvanized steel parts for stair systems, wall systems, and door systems, individual posts, poles and door rails in open spaces with natural ventilation, but the employer had not evaluated the physical and health effects of cutting and trimming on galvanized steel.
