Location - Back of building On or about 8/22/2024, employees were exposed to eye and face hazards while utilizing pneumatic hand tools. The Azuay Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1739441, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/20/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 16 Withby St. East Boston, MA 02128.
