29 CFR 1926.502(b)(3):Guardrail systems were not capable of withstanding, without failure, a force of at least 200 pounds (890 N) applied within 2 inches (5.1 cm) of the top edge, in any outward or downward direction, at any point along the top edge: On or about 8/19/2024, at Gill Plaza Drive in Dexter, MO, employees working on the fourth floor of a new construction project were exposed to fall hazards. The guard rail systems were not constructed to withstand the force of at least 200 pounds, and as a result, an employee trying to move a wall section fell approximately 22 feet through the guardrail system and down an elevator shaft.
