29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): The employer is failing to ensure that each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    (a) On August 23, 2024, at or near 6721 Tiffany Drive in Lincoln, North Dakota, employees were exposed to fall hazards of over 6 feet while installing roofing materials on a residential roof.  Note:  This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1529205, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 06/29/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1627 31st Street NW in Mandan, North Dakota.  Note:  This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1554707, Citation 2, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 04/01/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 201 Ashlee Avenue in Bismarck, North Dakota.  Note:  This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1557259, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 04/01/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1058 West Wood in Bismarck, North Dakota.
