1910.151(b)  In the absence of an infirmary, clinic, or hospital in near proximity to the workplace which is used for the treatment of all injured employees, a person or persons shall be adequately trained to render first aid. Adequate first aid supplies shall be readily available.  a) On or about August 21, 2024, and at times prior, employees were working in high heat conditions while performing their job duties, including moving materials and equipment, greasing and tightening bolts on pipes and pouring concrete for the construction of a waste water treatment plant.  An independent contractor experienced a work-related medical emergency while working at the jobsite.
