29 CFR 1926.452(y)(3): Surfaces on which stilts are used were not flat and free of pits, holes and obstructions, such as debris, as well as other tripping and falling hazards: a) On or about 8/15/2024 at a commercial construction project located at 2633 Delaware Avenue, Buffalo, New York; employees were placing ceiling tracks for drywall while using stilts. The floors in the work area were not clear from obstructions or tripping hazards. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
