On or about August 22, 2024, employees engaged in residential roofing activities, located at 201 Shillaelagh Blvd, Papillion, NE 68046, were exposed to fall hazards greater than 25-feet in that the employees were conducting residential roofing operations without fall protection.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(2):The employer shall assure that each employee has been trained, as necessary, by a competent person qualified in the following areas:  On or about August 22, 2024, employees engaged in residential roofing activities, located at 201 Shillaelagh Blvd, Papillion, NE 68046, were exposed to fall hazards greater than 25-feet in that the employees were  conducting residential roofing operations without having been trained in the essential aspects of fall protection equipment use and recognition of fall hazards in residential construction.

On or about August 22, 2024, employees engaged in residential roofing activities, located at 201 Shillaelagh Blvd, Papillion, NE 68046, were exposed to fall hazards greater than 25-feet in that the employees were accessing and egressing a roof using a ladder that did not extend 3-feet above the surface that was being accessed.
