29 CFR  1910.178(m)(10): Load backrest extension(s) were not used on industrial trucks to minimize the hazard of rearward falling materials:   (a) 900 Kriner Road, Chambersburg PA; in the warehouse - On or about August 23, 2024, employees operated the Cascade paper roll clamps attached to the Hyster powered industrial trucks to carry paper rolls with one unsecured "free rider" on top of the clamped load without a load backrest in place. Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards by unsecured loads.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
