29 CFR  1910.305(g)(1)(iv):Flexible cords and/ or cables were used for purposes prohibited by paragraphs (A) through (F) of 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv):  a)  3376 Delps Rd. Danielsville, Machine Shop - On or about August 26, 2024, Employees are exposed to shock hazards from extension cords being utilized as permanent wiring.  The extension cords power pumps at the two G&E gear cutting machines.  The extension cord at the East machine was also submerged in cutting oil.  b)  3375 Delps Rd. Danierlsville, Machine Shop - On or about August 26, 2024, Employees are exposed to shock hazards from extension cords being utilized as permanent wiring.  A retractable, wall mounted extension cord reel is being utilized to power a pump on the HAAS VF-6 Tamper Mill.  A second extension cord's female end is secured to the front of the machine and utilized as a convenience outlet.
