29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section: On or about August 26, 2024, at 2751 Leeward Lane, Naples, Florida, employees were exposed to a 25-foot fall hazard while installing waterproof underlayment of a new two-story residential roof without using a means of fall protection.
